Renée graduated high school with high academic achievement and subsequently earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Bowie State University and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Howard University. Despite staggering events, she received overwhelming support from her family and friends which gave her first-hand knowledge of the lasting impact that a caring community of support can have on getting ahead & moving forward in life.
Throughout her life’s journey, Renée was a member of the her high school Mock Trial/Forensics Team, UCA All-Star Cheerleader, President of the Bowie State University Pre-Law Society, and Vice President of Membership for the Prince George’s County, MD Young Democrats. She also dabbled in music as Jazz Vocalist performing in night clubs and featured in a showcase at the East Coast Jazz Festival.
Renée along with squad members were inducted as Cheerleaders into the Bowie State University (BSU) Sports Hall of Fame for their participation in the CIAA Tournament where the BSU Women's Basketball team won three consecutive tournaments holding the title as the winners of the CIAA Women’s Basketball Champions from 1997, 1998, and 1999.
With 20 years of experience in program management working for various consulting firms including Deloitte, Renée followed her passion and became the Founder and CEO of Radient Pearl Coaching & Consulting, LLC where she is a certified business and executive leadership coach specializing in intuitive business and executive coaching and consulting services. The company is a spin off the extra (e) in her name (Renée), paying homage to her mother, Pearl.
She holds memberships with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the Human Capital Institute (HCI) and obtained an Entrepreneurial Essentials certificate from Harvard Business School. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated (AKA).
Pulling from her Caribbean (West-Indian) heritage, Renée definitely loves to celebrate -- whether a win or a setback, there is always an opportunity for growth and new beginnings.
